Rates & Booking Policy

Monday–Thursday: $85 per hour
Friday–Sunday: $95 per hour
Travel Fee: $20 per 30 minutes of drive time

• A minimum booking of one hour is required.
• To secure your event, a $50 deposit is due at the time of booking.
• This deposit will be applied toward your total, deducted from the first hour's fee.
• The remaining balance is payable at the conclusion of your event.
• Depending on your location, a travel fee may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit, which is non-refundable.

In Case of Delay

If we are unable to arrive at the agreed upon time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either:

• Extend our time to fulfill your booking
  OR
• Refund any missed time

If we are unable to attend the booking for whatever reason, we will offer a full refund.

Not booking a party? No problem! We’re happy to accommodate individuals with two flexible options:

• If we travel to you: Minimum purchase of $30, plus travel fee.
• If you come to us: No minimum purchase required! You pay for what you get!

We bring everything needed for a complete setup, including:

• Henna cones
• Face paints
• Glitter and jewels
• Chairs
• Tables with tablecloths
• Design menus

Face Painting Tips

• Please make sure faces are clean and dry before getting painted. (We always carry extra baby wipes just in case!)
• Face painting works best in shaded areas or indoors, to prevent sweating and paint running.
• Let children know they'll need to sit still briefly while being painted — this helps create the best results!
• Young children under 3 may be offered smaller cheek or hand designs, depending on comfort.
• Providing an additional activity during face painting helps keep children engaged and reduces impatience while they wait for their turn.

Henna Tips

• Let your guests know a henna artist will be at the event so they can prepare their designs ahead of time.
• We don’t have an age limit policy for henna on younger children, but those under 5 may smudge their designs while playing.
• For best results, let the henna paste dry for at least an hour.

Payment Tips

• If paying in cash, please have payment ready before the event begins. We know hosting can be busy, and having it set aside makes payments smooth for everyone and helps us stay on schedule for our next event.
